We booked this house for a girls weekend getaway. It was perfect for some great quality time with the ladies. There was a path down to the lake and the balconies were perfect for hanging out to watch the sunset. The house was clean and then kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans and dishes. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very clean. Check out was nice and easy! I’d highly recommend booking Teri’s house!

I stayed at Teri’s property with a few friends on a trip to celebrate my birthday. I am not sure how, but Teri was kind enough to leave a birthday card for me to find when I checked in! The place was beautiful and very clean. We had deer in the yard every morning and a great view of Canyon Lake. Teri was very kind and quick to respond to any needs we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to spend quality time with family. The house is spectacular and has just about everything you need. Beautiful scenery, and easy access to the lake. The host is very accessible and was there to answer all questions with a quick response. Definitely worth visiting.

This spot is truly a Sanctuary. We easily could have spent the entire weekend (or longer) just in this well decorated and functional area. Teri has curated a welcoming and relaxing environment.

This place was beautiful! We took a girls trip and it was the best choice we could have made. The host was very friendly and responsive. I never felt scared to text her with any questions I had. Everything was labeled. They had complimentary snacks and water. Very clean spot. The view and location was amazing. I would definitely be putting this house on my favorites list!

Beautiful home, beautiful view with lots of comforts and amenities (mini shampoo bottles, lots of spices and oil) , towels etc. Wonderful host would highly recommend to others staying here

We had a wonderful stay at the Sanctuary! House is just as pictured. We loved the back deck, the big kitchen and the gas grill. King bed was very comfy with plenty of linens and extra pillows. The walk to the lake is a bit steep so i do recommend bringing real shoes / water shoes not just flip flops. The water was beautiful and clear and we even caught (and released!) a few fish. Overall, it was a peaceful, lovely vacation. Highly recommend!
