The Sanctuary at Old Town Scottsdale

Welcome to your “home away from home”. You’ll find this property a welcoming sanctuary during your time here. With open spaces, abundant natural light, and neutral colors, the space is calming and serene. Our convenient location is just minutes from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, the Desert Botanical Garden, and The Arizona Canal Trail. The backyard retreat comes complete with an al fresco dining table and hammock, perfect for an afternoon nap. The grassy, fenced yard is ideal for pets and kids.

The Space

When you enter our front door, you’ll find the whole home feels fresh, clean, and inviting. The warm wood floors provide a perfect complement to the cool white walls and offer great visual appeal. A cozy area rug defines the living area. With plenty of comfortable seating, guests can just kick back and relax while streaming a favorite show on TV with included Wifi.

The great room concept allows for a feeling of togetherness, even when you’re in separate areas.

Living Area

Earthy accents complement modern design in the open living room. Chic furnishing include a comfy sofa and a pair of armchairs. Screen a new film on the impressive flat-screen TV.

Cooking & Dining

The family or group chef is going to be really excited about this gourmet fully-equipped kitchen. Features here include stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, granite counters, and a center island. Plenty of cabinets and a full pantry easily hold all your groceries and goodies. Regardless of whether you’re preparing a simple snack or a full-course meal, you’ll do it in style in this wonderful kitchen.

When it’s time to enjoy the chef’s labors, you can choose either the adjacent dining table for 8 or the shaded al fresco dining table on the patio for 8. For a change of pace, throw some burgers or dogs (or maybe steak and shrimp?) on the outdoor grill for a good old-fashioned BBQ!

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms

The primary suite offers a king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a ceiling fan. The private en-suite bath has a walk-in shower.

The first guest room offers a king bed, while the other two offer queen beds. All bedrooms come complete with dual nightstands and lamps, and a ceiling fan.

The guest rooms share a full hall bath with tub/shower.
